<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, base station device, and radio communications system which can increase throughput. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal device with a maximum number of layers larger than a predetermined number of layers in a radio communications system having other terminal devices that transmit a predetermined number of layers to a base station device as a maximum number of layers.
