PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inspecting filler in a container capable of facilitating an inspection of filler filled in the container, and to provide an apparatus for filling filler and a method for inspecting filler in the container.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for inspecting filler in a container includes: a weight measurement part 14 for measuring the weight of a container 1 filled with a filler S1; a sample extraction part 12 for extracting a fixed amount of the filler S1 from a mouth tip 2 of the container 1; and a sampling part 13 for sampling by wiping off the filler extracted by the sample extraction part 12 with piece of sampling paper.
