PURPOSE: A safety device for discharging steam pressure of a pressure cooker is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by simplifying the structure and parts of the device. CONSTITUTION: A safety device for discharging steam pressure of a pressure cooker comprises a steam pressure discharge hole(110), a recessed groove(2a), an opening and closing unit(120). The steam pressure discharge hole is formed on the side surface of a main body(1) and discharges steam pressure from the main body to the outside. The recessed groove is formed on the bottom end of a lid(2). The opening and closing unit is coupled to the recessed groove and opens and closes the steam pressure discharge hole. |
