<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector inspection tool that can conduct a continuity inspection of a connector, which has a built-in electronic component sealed with a mold resin. <P>SOLUTION: A connector inspection tool 1 is used for a connector 10 that comprises a housing equipped with a component housing part housing an electronic component and filled with a mold resin as well as an external terminal housing part 13 capable of housing a female metal fitting, and extends to the external terminal housing part 13 side so that a lead terminal 11a of an electronic component can be connected with the female metal fitting. The connector inspection tool 1 comprises a cylindrical body 2 made of an insulating material and two metal pieces 3, 4 in a state insulated from each other disposed as opposed to each other in the cylindrical body 2. In a state where the cylindrical body 2 is inserted in the external terminal housing part 13 and the lead terminal 11a of the electronic component is clamped between the metal pieces 3, 4, the connector inspection tool 1 conducts a continuity inspection by applying a voltage between the metal pieces 3, 4 to check if the mold resin is attached on the lead terminal 11a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
