<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid molecule to be specifically bound to an antigen instead of an antibody and its use. <P>SOLUTION: The is provided an RNA molecule having excellent binding property, specificity and handleability and being bound to a rabbit-derived IgG. According to the RNA molecule, a target is accurately detected, for example, by using the RNA molecule instead of a secondary antibody, since the RNA molecule is bound to a rabbit-derived IgG in excellent specificity.
