The odorless neil enamel remover composition consisted of 40~80wt% of propylene carbonate as a primary component, 18~60wt% of phthalate class, 0.1~10wt% of castor oil, 0.1~10wt% of olive oil and 0.1~10wt% of acetic tocopherol. Therefore, the neil enamel remover composition improves the stability of nail and skin, moisturizing capability and emollient effect.
