<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management apparatus, a management method, a management system, and a network device, which allow the set value of an application to be operated from a remote location. <P>SOLUTION: If an application installed in a network device whose set values of applications can be operated from a remote location is not configure for the device, a management apparatus uses an agent to operate the set value.
