<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device capable of providing a service of an SBC (Session Border Controller) even when there are an unspecified large number of CPEs (Customer Premises Equipment) and IP NAPT devices in a network located between a subscriber terminal and the SBC. <P>SOLUTION: The network device (SBC device 1) used at a network boundary with different operation polices and provided with an SBC function in which a policy is set from a gateway controller is mounted with a traversal function (packet processing part (software) 13) which ignores the setting of a converted IP address/port number registered from the gateway controller 2 and sets a transmission source IP address/transmission source port number of a packet received from a subscriber terminal as a destination IP address/destination port number when transmitting a packet to the subscriber terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
