The method involves transmitting a data stream, which has multiple data groups, and transmitting a prescribed identification in a data group, which has another data group that is assigned to the data of the message. The prescribed application is formed at receiver side for processing the data of the message and for displaying the message. The data of the message is transmitted in the latter data group.
