PURPOSE: A drain separator for a cleaning device of an inkjet head, and a cleaning device of the inkjet head having the same and a cleaning system are provided to form ink drops of a uniform size or a maintain constant velocity, thereby reducing costs and time for replacing or repairing an ink jet head. CONSTITUTION: A drain separator comprises an outer wall(272), a sucking port, a plurality of partitions(274), and a discharging port. The outer wall can close an inner space. The suction port is arranged on one side of the outer wall and polluted materials discharged from a suction device of a cleaning device flow into the suction port. The partitions divided the inner space so that liquid polluted materials are collected and eliminated. The discharging port is arranged in the other side of the outer wall.
