PURPOSE: An apparatus for incinerating the buried corpse of livestock and a method thereof are provided to prevent the secondary pollution due to dioxins and pollutant by combusting the buried corpse of livestock completely. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for incinerating the buried corpse of livestock comprises a burying space(11), a first oxygen supply pipe(13), a cover layer(15), a second oxygen supply pipe(17), a combustion layer(19), and a pressure discharge pipe(21). The first oxygen supply pipe is located between the buried corpses of livestock. The cover layer prevents the exposure of the corpse. The second oxygen supply pipe is located on the top portion of the cover layer. The combustion layer covers the second oxygen supply pipe.
