PURPOSE: A noncontact power transceiving system, a noncontact power supply device, and a noncontact power supply method are provided to improve the power efficiency of the system by reprocessing heat from an electronic device using a thermal power generation device. CONSTITUTION: A noncontact power receiver(10) includes a power receiving unit(12), a power control unit(14), a driving unit(16), and a heat sink unit(18). The power control unit generates power for hardware of the noncontact power receiver. The heat sink unit cools the driving unit and the noncontact power receiver. A noncontact power transmitter(20) includes a thermal power generating unit(22), a power supply unit(24), and a power transmitting unit(26). The thermal power generating unit converts heat to electric energy.
