PURPOSE: A timber inserting device and an inserting roller are provided to simplify power transmission constitution for inserting toller and avoid overload of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A timber inserting device comprises a gear unit which is installed between a rotary shaft of a front and back inserting roller(30) and an outer supporting shaft(20). The gear unit is pivotally installed between a connecting plate and a mounting plate at the upper part of the plate. Driven gears are installed to rotary shaft of each insertion roller, and a driving gear of the motor(90) is installed at the upper side of the mounting plate. The driven gear and driving gear are respectively mesh in the gear body. The gear body is classified into a connection gear and a transmission gear. The spiral projections are formed on outer surfaces of the front and back inserting rollers having a reverse trapezoid shape. The spiral projections are symmetrically formed. |
