<p>PURPOSE: A QR(Quick Response) code generating system using a smart phone application and a usage method thereof are provided to use a reward service card by generating a reward service QR code through an application, thereby personally performing membership registration in an offline store. CONSTITUTION: A service provider(10) provides an application, an intrinsic number, and transaction information. A user smart phone(20) generates a reward service card as a QR code. A barcode reader of a member store(30) recognizes the QR code for the reward service card of the service provider through the application installed in the user smart phone. When a user transmits data by reading the QR code through the barcode reader, a value-added carrier(50) interfaces the transmitted data with the service provider.
