PURPOSE: An opium drug receptor agonist which reduces the concentration of chemical or drugs in plasma is provided to completely block chemicals or drugs without withdrawal symptom. CONSTITUTION: An opium drug receptor agonist is used for detoxification by reducing the concentration of chemicals or drugs. A detoxification method comprises: a step of providing stabilizing concentration of an alternative chemicals or drugs or initial medication; a step of titrating initial concentrate of the opium drug receptor agonist in plasma; a step of titrating minimum concentrate of the agonist in plasma right before the predetermined administration period finishes: and a step of providing following dosage of the agonist.
