PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-ceiling mount type air conditioner, reducing manufacturing cost by reducing the number of part items, with a simple structure for temporarily fastening a decorative panel. SOLUTION: This in-ceiling mount type air conditioner has a casing 21 storing an air blower and an indoor heat exchanger, the decorative panel 100 arranged under this casing 21, and a hanging hook arranged in a side plate part 21c of the casing 21. This hanging hook has a first part extending inside the casing 21, a second part 32 for inserting a suspension bolt by extending in substantially parallel to a top plate part 21b to the outside of the casing 21 via an opening formed in the casing 21, and a third part 33 locked on the lower edge 21d of the side plate part 21c of the casing 21 and supporting the lower edge 21d of the side plate part 21c.
