PURPOSE: A ceramic ball containing amethyst and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance absorption rate, emissivity of far infrared ray and antibiosis by mixing amethyst powder with ceramic body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramic balls containing amethyst comprises the processes of mixing raw materials(10), kneading the raw materials(20), agitating(30), molding(40), drying(50), demolding(60), primary firing(70), cooling(80), and secondary firing(90). A manufacturing method of ceramic balls additionally includes the following step: mixing amethyst corpuscle (300-200 mesh) in the raw material mixing, the raw material kneading and agitating processes. 3-10% of the amethyst corpuscle is mixed based on the total weight of the ceramic ball raw material in the raw material mixing, raw material kneading and agitating processes.
