The part (11) has a ceramic substrate coated with an enamel layer (12), and another enamel layer partially covering the former enamel layer. The latter enamel layer is partially coated with a metallic layer such that a decoration of the part has homogeneous reflection regardless of incident light. The latter enamel layer is partially coated with the metallic layer so as to form another moon-shaped part (17) with a pierced face (14) or another set of star-shaped parts (19). An independent claim is also included for a method for decorating an enameled part.
