PURPOSE: A weighted flooring panel for reducing impact noise and a construction method thereof are provided to maintain the flatness of floor and minimize subsidence due to specific gravity difference by reducing the difference by using layers stacked on sound insulating materials. CONSTITUTION: A weighted flooring panel for reducing impact noise comprises a sound insulator(10), an intermediate layer(20), and a finishing mortar layer(30). The sound insulator is arranged on the bottom(1) of a building. The intermediate layer is arranged on the sound insulator. The finishing mortar layer is formed on the intermediate layer.
