PURPOSE: A water pump impeller assembly for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing costs because an assembly and a process of a whole shaft and an impeller unit are simple due to a simple separation prevention structure. CONSTITUTION: A water pump impeller assembly for a vehicle comprises a shaft(110), an impeller unit(200), and a separation prevention member(300). The impeller unit is joined to the shaft and rotated and discharges cooling water after suctioning the cooling water with torque. A through-hole(313) is formed in the central part of the separation prevention member so that the separation prevention member is fitted into an exposed end part of a shaft being joined to the impeller unit by penetrating through the through-hole. A plurality of separation prevention grooves is formed around the through-hole. The separation prevention member comprises a separation prevention unit and a support unit. The separation prevention unit is formed to be inclined toward the exposed end part of the shaft. The support unit is joined to the separation prevention unit and a lower surface of the support unit contact an upper surface of the impeller unit, thereby supporting the impeller unit. The separation prevention unit prevents the separation of the impeller unit toward an axial direction.
