PURPOSE: An elevating system pitching machine is provided to facilitate carriage and storage and to facilitate height control by needs. CONSTITUTION: An elevating system pitching machine comprises a base frame(101), a lift frame(102), a pair of first lift bars(161), a pair of second lift bars(162), a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder(171), a pneumatic and hydraulic lifting device, a first rotator(110) and a second rotator(120). A guide rail is horizontally formed inside the base frame. The lift frame is located at the top of the base frame. One end of the first lift bar is pivotally combined with the front end of the base frame. The other end is fixed and combined to the lift frame. One end of the pair of second lift bars is fixed and combined to the lift frame. At the other end, a guide wheel is pivotally installed. The pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder lifts and drops the first lift bar. The pneumatic lifting device includes a lift pedal.
