The interior paneling assembly has an area distant from a body side, where the interior paneling assembly is assembled from a carrier (1), a foam layer (2) and a decorative layer (3). The carrier is assembled in the area of interior paneling assembly in the form of a cascade extending into the body side. A pull linkage (7) forms the cranks of individual pitch of the cascade. The area protrudes into the vehicle interior. The decorative layer is a firing skin made of thermoplastic elastomer which is made of a group of polyurethane, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyamide or polyvinyl chloride. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing an interior paneling assembly.
