PURPOSE: An apparatus for sterilizing a medicinal liquid pouch is provided to safely remove a sterilized pouch in a pouch mesh because hot water in a sterilizing tub is rapidly drained and the pouch mesh is separated from the sterilizing tub. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sterilizing a medicinal liquid pouch comprises a housing(4), a sterilizing tub, a returning tub, pouch meshes(3), a heater, and a pump(25). The housing is vertically divided by a barrier wall and is closed by a cover. The sterilizing tub is arranged in the upper part of the housing. The returning tub is arranged in the lower part of the housing and is interconnected to the sterilizing tub through an intake and discharge pipe. The pouch meshes are accommodated inside the sterilizing tub and accommodate a pouch for sterilizing. The pouch meshes are laminated in at least one stage. The heater is installed at the bottom of the returning tub and heats water returned from the sterilizing tub at a predetermined temperature. The pump is connected to the intake and discharge pipe. The pump supplies the heated water in the returning tub to the sterilizing tub or returns the water stored in the sterilizing tub to the returning tub.
