PURPOSE: A video server apparatus and a synchronizing control method are provided to perform transmission process of a broadcasting program within a broadcasting station. CONSTITUTION: A reproducing unit(1141) includes a third indicating unit. The reproducing unit reproduces material data recorded in a memory unit. A controlling unit(111) generally controls the memory unit and the reproducing unit. A synchronizing unit(116) generates a synchronizing signal of a frame unit. A synchronizing signal distributing unit distributes the synchronizing signal into the memory unit and the controlling unit.
