The invention relates to medicine, concerns a method for restoring patency of the small intestine in strangulated intestinal obstruction, including abdominal incision, removal the cause of crushing hernial or connections and restore patency of the small intestine, and before the release of intestine the narrowing of the lumen is performed of the pinch points, for that two catgut ligatures are applied consistently around the intestine with intervals between them, corresponding to the diameter of the xpanded afferent loop and the ligature is tightened so that the diameter of the intestine below the lower ligature does not exceed the diameter of outlet loops of intestine. |
