PURPOSE: Anti-slip handrail manufacturing equipment with improved productivity is provided to reduce failure rate by preventing the deformation of a hand rail. CONSTITUTION: Anti-slip handrail manufacturing equipment(A) with improved productivity comprises an extrusion unit, an uneven portion forming unit(20), and a cooling unit(30). The extrusion unit extrudes a handrail(H) comprising an inner surface and an outer surface. The roller of the uneven forming unit forms a non-linear anti-slip portion by pressurizing the outer surface of the extruded handrail. The uneven portion forming unit forms a non-linear anti-slip portion by pressurizing the outer surface of the extruded handrail. The cooling unit cools the hand rail comprising a non-linear anti-slip portion.
