PURPOSE: A PE pipe joining member is provided to connect PE pipes in short time by adding carbon nano tube of high heat conductivity to inserting joining particles and a heat transfer layer. CONSTITUTION: A PE pipe joining member(100) comprises a sealed pouch(120), a heat transfer layer(110), and joining particles(130). The sealed pouch is composed of a PR film. The heat transfer layer coats the exterior of the sealed pouch and comprises carbon nano tubes and thermoplastic resin. The joining particles are filled in the sealed pouch and accommodate carbon nano tubes and PE.
