PURPOSE: A driving posture adjusting device, a driving posture information provision device, and a driving posture information system and method thereof are provided to guide a driver to maintain the correct posture of a driver by displaying corrected driving posture information. CONSTITUTION: A driving posture information system comprises a terminal unit, a driver seat control device(170) and a driving posture information provision device(150). The terminal unit generates original image data by recording the posture of a driver and requires the corrected driving posture information by outputting the recorded original image data. The driver seat control device is connected to the terminal unit and adjusts a driver seat. The driving posture information provision device supplies the corrected posture of driver posture information to the terminal unit based on the recommended driving posture information of an information data base.
