PROCESS FOR THE TREATMENT OF WATER FROM NITRATES

The invention relates to water treatment, particularly to baromembrane treatment of natural water using cationic surfactants, and can be used for the treatment of surface and bottom water, polluted with nitrates. The task to the solving of which is directed the invention – increasing of extraction degree of nitrates from water with their high content retaining natural salt composition of natural water. The proposed process for the treatment of water from nitrates consists in filtering of water through ultrafiltration membrane in the presence of cation-active substance at concentration, equal or higher critical concentration of micelle formation of cationic surfactants. As cationic surfactants {1.2-[N,N'-bis(dimethyl)-N,N'-bis(decyl acetate)]-ethyldiammonium dichloride} is used. The realization of the process provides water treatment degree from nitrates with their content of 120-130 mg/dmat a level of 84.5-85.3 % at residual concentration of nitrates of 18.4-44.2 mg/dmand practically total absence of cation-active substance and retaining of salt composition of natural water.
