PURPOSE: A measurement apparatus and method of emotional responses are provided to measure reactions more accurately by efficiently causing an emotional response to a tested person using contents emotionally specialized. CONSTITUTION: A database part(10) stores stimulating contents for measuring emotion responses. The database part comprises a content storage part(12) and a data storage part(14). An emotion measuring part(20) measures the emotional response of a tested person using the stimulating contents. An emotion interpretation part(40) analyzes an emotional state based on a standard sensitivity index. An output part outputs data interpreted by the emotion interpretation part.
