METHOD OF PRODUCING CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL USING FOUNDRY WASTESAND

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of construction material using waste molding sand is provided to prevent efflorescence of the construction materials without a separate preprocessing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of construction material using waste molding sand comprises the following steps: respectively mixing 1-10 parts by weight of aluminium hydroxide, calcium oxide and metakaolin with waste molding sand based on 100 parts by weight of the waste molding sand(s1); adding 0.1-1 part by weight of magnesium silicofluoride (MgSiF6·6H2O) to the first mixture and secondary mixing 50 parts by weight of diluent including water and silicate based on 100 parts by weight of the waste molding sand(s2); and demolding and drying by vibrating after putting the secondary mixture in a mold frame(s3). The silicate is a mixture of a single or three components selected from sodium silicate, potassium silicate and lithium silicate. The three components of the mixture is mixed at a ratio of 8:1:1.
