The device (1) has a control unit (2) manually actionable by a user, and a switch (3) controlled by the control unit. A movable connecting rod connects the control unit to the switch. The control unit and the switch are mounted on both sides of a partition (C) delimiting a watertight enclosure. A cylindrical sealing part (4) forms a bulkhead union in which the connecting rod slides. The cylindrical part includes a material to limit transfer of heat. A joint is interposed between the cylindrical part and the control unit, where the joint limits thermal conductivity.
