The device has a set of stowing components co-operating with each other, where each component includes a shoe supporting unit and a rail (5) that is provided with an anchoring unit for anchoring the rail to a floor of an aircraft. The shoe supporting unit comprises a stowing member (6) provided with a block (8) for blocking a pallet along a stowing direction. The supporting unit includes an absorption unit for absorbing energy by material deformation under the effect of pressure exerted on the rail by a shoe (11) beyond a preset threshold.
