PURPOSE: A hardener for low temperature curing is provided to have low temperature curing properties, excellent surface appearance for coating at room temperature, excellent flexibility and anti-corrosive. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method amine represented by chemical formula (I) comprises the following steps: forming one or more intermediates by contacting the compound represented by chemical formula (II) with methylamine or ethylamine under the existence of hydrogen and catalyst at the hydrogen pressure of about 100-500 psi; and forming amine represented by the chemical formula (I) by contacting one or more intermediate products with hydrogen under the existence of hydrogenation catalyst at the hydrogen pressure of about 400-1500 psi.
