COENZYME Q10 NANOPARTICLES, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME, AND COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A coenzyme Q10 nano-particle, a manufacturing method thereof, and a composition including the nano-particles are provided to deliver amino acid and proteins with nano-particles at the same time and to increase bioavailability. CONSTITUTION: A coenzyme Q10 nano-particle includes fish skin extracted gelatin. 0.5-100 parts by weight of the fish skin extracted gelatin is included based on 1 part by weight of the coenzyme Q10. The composition including the coenzyme Q 10 nano-particles is food composition, cosmetic composition or medicinal composition. A manufacturing method of the coenzyme Q10 nano-particle comprises the following steps: dissolving the coenzyme Q 10 by independently using the water miscible solvent; and removing the water miscible solvent after adding amino acid or protein to the solution.
