An arrangement of a bracket on a structural member of a passenger motor vehicle body is provided. A structural member includes an upper face and a lower face. The structural member can be a longitudinal structural member and the bracket can be a damper strut bracket, via which at least a damper strut can be supported on structural member. The bracket is supported at least on the upper face and on the lower face of structural member.
