<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve at least one of problems where the performance of data transmission is not elicited and where session disconnection does not properly work. <P>SOLUTION: A data transmission device transmits application data by dividing it into packets, and continuously transmits packets with an acknowledgement received from a receiving device of the transmitted packet. Application data to be transmitted is stored in a data storage region of a data storage part. Data is read from the data storage region, and a sequence number to be attached is set and transmitted as a packet. When the above-described data is read out, if the data is within a predetermined length from the end of the application data, a copy of the read data is stored in a temporary buffer region of the data storage part. When data of a sequence number prior to that of first data of subsequent application data after transmission of the subsequent application data is started, data is read from the temporary buffer region of the data storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
