摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical apparatus and an electronic apparatus which are hardly affected by field through and off-state leakage even when a sufficient holding capacitance cannot be secured. <P>SOLUTION: In the electro-optical apparatus, a pixel circuit 110 is provided so as to correspond to each intersection between a scanning line 112a and a data line 114, an inverted scanning signal which has a logic inversion relationship with the scanning signal supplied to the scanning line 112a is supplied to an inverted scanning line 112b, and the pixel circuit 110 has a transistor 130a which is controlled to be in a conductive state or a non-conductive state according to the signal supplied to the scanning line 112a, holding capacitance 135 of which one end is connected to the source electrode of the transistor 130a, a capacitive element 131 which is electrically interposed between the one end of the holding capacitance 135 and the inverted scanning line 112b, and a light-emitting element 150 which emits light with luminance according to the holding potential of the holding capacitance 135. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
