<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding jig that can increase the efficiency of welding and joining one end of a first pipe and one end of a second pipe and minimize the number of equipment items, and is adoptable in a place with a limited space like a factory etc. <P>SOLUTION: The welding Jig 10 used for the complete welding of one end of the first pipe 11 and one end of the second pipe 12 along a circumferential direction of the pipes includes: a base plate 13 fixed to a rotating plate 22 constituting a positioner 21 and rotating around the rotational axis of the rotating plate 22 together with the rotating plate 22; an arm 14 extending from the base plate 13 toward the opposite side of the rotating plate 22 parallel to the rotational axis C; and a clamp 15 fixed to a tip of the arm 14 and supporting the other end of the first pipe 11.
