PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitely cut and suck all yarns regardless of the number of yarns.

SOLUTION: A thread cutting/sucking device 40 comprises a cutter 43 movable in an arrangement direction of a plurality of yarns Y; a suction device 41 disposed in the vicinity of the cutter 43 and having a suction pipe 45 movable in the arrangement direction similarly to the cutter 43; and a cylinder 46 for moving the suction pipe 45 in the arrangement direction. When the cylinder 46 is driven, the cutter 43 and the suction pipe 45 follow each other to move in the arrangement direction.
