<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of an air electrode used in a conventional lithium-air battery that since a precious metal or a metal oxide of nano size is synthesized and used as a catalyst, the cost is high and the manufacturing process is complicated. <P>SOLUTION: The necessary area on the surface of a solid electrolyte is filled with a pencil, and the handwriting of the pencil is used, as it is, as an air electrode. The handwriting of the pencil can be removed arbitrarily by means of an eraser, or the like.
