<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent objects to be measured 20 from rolling on a top cone 3 and a linear feeder pan 6 to be excessively thrown in a supply hopper 12 in the case that the objects to be measured 20 are supplied late from a supply device 1 onto the top cone 3. <P>SOLUTION: When the amount of the objects to be measured 20 on the top cone 3 of a main feeder 4 is less than a distribution lower limit value, a controller 9 stops the operation of the main feeder 4, and even when the supply of the objects to be measured 20 from the supply device 1 onto the top cone 3 is late, the controller 9 makes the objects to be measured 20 present on the top cone 3. Even in the case that the objects to be measured 20 which are easily fallen down with a large drop onto the top cone 3 from the supply device 1 are supplied, the objects to be measured 20 present on the top cone 3 become a wall in this way to prevent the objects to be measured 20 to be supplied from rolling, so that the objects to be measured 20 are prevented from being excessively thrown in the supply hopper 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
