<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick and specific method for detecting poisonous mushrooms (Entoloma rhodopolius and Clitocybe acromelalga) not based on the forms of fruit bodies. <P>SOLUTION: The quick and specific method for detecting the poisonous mushrooms not based on the forms of the fruit bodies is provided by using gene-related technologies such as DNAs containing a part of ribosome RNA genes of the poisonous mushrooms (Entoloma rhodopolius and Clitocybe acromelalga), a DNA primer and probe having specific sequences for the Entoloma rhodopolius and Clitocybe acromelalga, a PCR method by using them, a DNA microarray, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
