<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which effectively performs thermal exchange without letting a refrigerant leak. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling device 10 uses a fin body 20 on one side and a fin body 30 on the other side as fin bodies each including a base plate, a wall portion provided on both end portions of the base plate, and a plurality of partial fins. Tips of the wall portions of the fin body 20 on said one side and the fin body 30 on the other side are integrated so as to be opposed to each other. When the tips of the wall portions of the fin body 20 on said one side and the fin body 30 on the other side are integrated, a partial fin 26 on said one side and a partial fin 36 on the other side, which are partial fins of the fin body 20 and the fin body 30, respectively, are combined so as to form a fin 16. A height of opposed surfaces 42, 44, which are opposed to each other, of the opposed partial fins from a base plate is set such that an opposed gap 46 is formed between the opposed surfaces 42, 44.
