<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double trommel, efficiently sorting materials to be sorted according to three kinds of sizes, achieving miniaturization and reduction in weight of an apparatus, and lowering the cost for foundation work and manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: A porous plate 8A where transmission holes 7A are bored is wound in an intermediate part of the outer periphery of a cylindrical frame 6 to form an inner cylindrical screen 10, and a porous plate 8B where a number of transmission holes 7B having smaller sieve openings than the transmission holes 7A are bored is wound round the outer periphery side of the inner cylindrical screen 10 to form an outer cylindrical screen 13. One end opening part of the inner cylindrical screen 10 is taken as a feed port 15, the other end opening part is taken as a first discharge port 16, and a lower opening of the outer cylindrical screen 13 is taken as a second discharge port 17 to form a double cylindrical screen 2. Two driven rollers 19 are mounted to the upside of an inclined base 1, two driving rollers 21 are mounted to the lower side thereof, and both sides of the double cylindrical screen 2 are rotatably supported thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
