<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which prevents influences on a power generation region (power generation amount) and influences on a mark portion from the exterior, improves mechanical strength of the mark portion while preventing the reduction of the power generation amount, and also improves durability, weather resistance, and reliability, and to provide a manufacturing method of the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar cell module 1, a first light transmissive substrate 11, a solar cell portion 20, a resin sealing portion 30, and a second light transmissive substrate 12 are disposed (laminated) from the solar light radiation side in this order. The solar cell module 1 includes a mark portion 40 ( formed at a part of a region in a mark portion formation region 40r) formed in a space ranging from a boundary 30b between the solar cell portion 20 and the resin sealing portion 30 to an outer side surface 12s of the second light transmissive substrate 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
