Provided is a silver-conjugated complex composition, or the like, containing: (1) a silver-conjugated complex containing silver particles with a Feret diameter of 1000 nm or less, and a conjugated compound adsorbed on the silver particles and having a weight average molecular weight of 3.0 × 102 or more; and (2) an ionic compound. The ionic compound may have a structure represented by formula 1 (hh-1). (In the formula: Mm'+ represents a metal cation; X'n'- represents an anion; and a and b each represent an integer of at least 1. If there are a plurality of each of Mm'+ and X'n'-, each may be the same or different.)
