PURPOSE: A solar cell-based biosensor is provided to integrate specific binding system between a solar cell and a biomaterial and to simply and cheaply detect a special biomaterial. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell-based biosensor(100) comprises: a base(110) having a first substrate(112), an cathode layer(114), a hole transport layer(116), and photoactivation layer(118); and a cover(120) having a second substrate(122), an anode layer(124), a self-assembly monolayer(126), and a reaction material layer(128) which interacts with the special biomaterial. The base and cover is combined by a soft contact lamination method to contact the reaction material layer with photoactivation layer. The second substrate is formed of PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane), polyurethane, polyurethane acrylate, or silicon rubber.
