PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early recover the damage of muscle according to an excessive training or the like of a game athlete or the damage of minute muscle caused in a life and a light motion of a general sports lover or healthy adult.

SOLUTION: The inventors or the like of the present application have found that the early recovery of the muscle damage can be induced by administering a composition including zinc of an enough amount continuously to a person who is easily caused by the muscle damage, and the muscle damage early recovery medicine for oral ingestion could have been provided.
