<p>An activity meter has an activity level acquisition unit (11) for acquiring the activity level of the body of a person subject to measurement. The activity meter: acquires a first index concerning the difference between a target calorie consumption for a unit period, and a computed calorie consumption computed from the activity level acquired in the unit period by the activity level acquisition unit (11); and acquires a second index concerning the difference between a target value representing body composition, and a measurement value representing body composition measured with regard to the person subject to measurement. Information for evaluating the activity level based on the acquired first index and second index is output.</p>
